A massive thank you to everyone involved in #MoveAgainstCancer 2022. This year, despite the financial challenge of rising interest rates, over 600 participants were able to raise an incredible $52,205.75! Together we walked 123,590,954 steps too!

With every #MoveAgainstCancer I run, I like to reiterate that the event isn’t about pushing people to donate as much as they can or to move as much as possible…it’s simply about getting a community together, moving a little more than they may have. With this sentiment, I receive wonderful messages from people that are feeling more positive, connecting with friends and family, and feeling more confident in their body’s ability to move.

The all-womens Terrigal Trotters team have won:

Blown away by the team’s ability to raise $5,050.15, Team ‘Livegevity 4 Grant’ win the prize! Each team member receives:

• $50 voucher to spend at Activate Foods to refuel
•  Facial treatment from Coastal Goddess to rejuvenate
• $20 voucher to spend at Miki Finn to dress up for summer

Best Team Name

This year’s Best Team Name went to a vote and won by a landslide. Tayla took home a Garmin Forerunner 245 music edition as well as a hamper from Bulk Nutrients for the team name Red Hot Chilli Steppers.

Most Creative Social Media Post

I’m pleased to announce this prize went to a team captain that moves in a creative way and guides hundreds of others to do the same! Not only that but she made my social media all the more exciting when I got to share the different ways they got their ‘steps’.

Kimnastix team captain Kim won with all the handstand walks, summersaults, and tumbles her and her team of gymnasts put together. Thank you for your involvement, Kimmi!
