#MoveAgainstCancer is a step challenge and fundraising event for Cancer Council. People are invited to join the event that runs throughout September, track their steps and raise money for a fantastic cause. Trial and error and an open mind are important to finding exercise that you’ll enjoy! Use the ‘Filter’ to select aspects of physical activity you’ll enjoy more or if you’re feeling especially wild, set the activities to be ‘Sorted Randomly’ and pick something you haven’t tried before. There are so many factors that influence how much we enjoy a physical activity: it might be the intensity, the group we’re with, our level of competence, the instructor, the movements, a sense of achievement or the environment we’re in.
