Nestled between the beautiful Hunter Valley and scenic Central Coast, Willow’s Leap is an equestrian training facility within easy reach of both Sydney and Newcastle.
Run by EA Level 1 coach Lyndel Taylor and supported by Phil and Anise Janson, it boasts a custom built cross country training course, fully equipped show jump paddock and 2 grass arenas. Now in our tenth year, we cater for individuals or small groups, as well as running regular clinics. If you’re just starting out (or returning) riding, we have a small number of school horses to suit your needs.
We also offer boutique residential clinics, tailored to your specific horse and rider requirements. Lyndel also takes horses for training, when time and space allow. With a strong emphasis on safety, all our jumps have been built to international standards, and we have fully fenced ‘starter’ areas specifically for green horses or riders! Our class sizes are kept small, to allow both individual focus and group benefits, with plenty of time to troubleshoot as needed.
We are fully insured, and always have qualified, equipped medical cover on site for your peace of mind. If you’re lucky, our resident photographer is often there to chronicle your day! You may also see us out and about at events around the state, helping out or behind the camera; so smile for photographs, and come and say hi at the truck!
