Rachel is a full-time mum and gave up her job as a primary teacher 3 years ago when her second child was born just 2 days before the first covid lockdown. She set up her own Private Reformer Studio at home and quickly realised that many of her clients were women who were trying to conceive or had very small children and were struggling to cope with day to day tasks and finding time for themselves! She found herself giving tips and tricks to help her clients and they were having great success! Having 2 children under 5, living on the other side of the world from family; Rachel understands the mental, physical and emotional load of motherhood. She has tried and tested strategies, outsourced and developed ways to help burnt out mums manage their kids, household, keep up with meals etc. and make sure they are looking after their own health and wellbeing, plus taking time for themselves and having some sort of selfcare routine!
