We have Group Fitness Classes for adults in various exercise styles with free Kids Club (creche) as well as Personal Training and Kids/Teen Fitness classes.

Sweat is an all abilities mixed cardio and resistance style training – whether it’s Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, Circuit, Team challenges or more you’re sure to get sweaty and leave feeling great!
Learn to Lift safely and incorporate weight training into your week. Combining major lifts and targeted super sets, as well as pyramids and PB’s – Lift will elevate your strength and your mood.
Box is where the high energy mid week release is at! Partnered work and circuits of agility, boxing combo’s and endurance – you’ll learn it all and be counting down the days until you can do it all again!
When the coMMunity comes together – a mix of your friends from all of the timeslots for a fun mixed style session with a coffee catch-up after the 7am.
COMMUNE KIDS CLUB
Monday – Friday
Space for our little coMMunity members to catchup with friends, play, be creative and let Mum and Dad have some adult time!
These sessions will encourage teamwork, fun, celebrating our strengths and boosting the morale of those around us. 3 separate classes – Jnr Girls, Snr Girl and Boys.
