Designed to support new Mums as they return to the gym after having their babies. It is a progressive and intentional rehabilitation program to progress women safely to Strength -based and functional movement. Marquise Mums is more than a Mums and Bubs class where you just park your pram in the corner. We strongly recommend our women see a Womens Health Physio for exercise clearance or guidance before beginning our program. We work closely with local physios to provide a “shared care” style model for their return to fitness.
The program itself educates the woman on Pelvic floor and Deep core activations and then progresses onto how this is applied to strength based and functional movement. A progressive return to impact is included within this program also.
