Come along and see what the fuss is about, your first week is free!
Our team has extensive experience in coaching all manner of students – adults and children, competitors and recreational students alike.
We currently specialise in Judo and Jiu Jitsu (often referred to as BJJ) and have more to come. We strive to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and cater to many different needs.
Training with us in martial arts is a great activity for everyone. It builds a sense of confidence (the number one defence for children against bullies) as well as practical skills that are not only great for self defence but also solid foundations in co-ordination, fitness, awareness and movement for other sports and activities. It also builds friendship and camaraderie between students that often blossoms into friendships outside the club.
Judo and Jiu Jitsu are great arts to train in, as they allow you to be able to try the techniques against full resistance whilst still maintaining safety; something many other martial arts are unable to do.
Whether you wish to be a competitor or not we ensure everyone gets the most out of every session and the attention they need in order to work towards their goals.
