The concept is simple: we offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our F45 Family. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studio offers the same class at different times throughout the day, giving you plenty of opportunities to sweat it out. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our F45ers never get the same workout twice.
Our F45 Family is a welcoming community of people of all different gender, age, and fitness ability. What we all have in common though is a desire to make ourselves healthier people so we can make the most of life.
