Our restorative strength and Pilates classes aim to get your body moving well, efficiently and free from pain. We take elements from rehab, clinical Pilates, stretch, functional fitness and weight-lifting to create a well-rounded class and an adaptable body that can keep up with whatever you want to do in life – whether that means recovering from injury, running a marathon or chasing after the grandkids!
At Central Coast Exercise we aim to bridge the gap between the fitness sector and the medical community. We provide bespoke, clinically backed and highly effective exercise sessions and our instructors are trained to work with those diagnosed with Cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, Heart Disease and Women’s Health issues – as well as with the general healthy ageing population.
