Ifitness Exercise Physiology
Ifitness Exercise Physiology has been looking after the health of our community since January 2007 and its something we are very proud of.
Our circuit classes are aimed at those who are over 50 and who are keen to build their strength, balance and fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
The way we structure our groups mean that we can individually tailor the exercise you do to suit your goals, injuries or any medical conditions you have. In fact, as Accredited Exercise Physiologists, working with people who have chronic illnesses and injuries is actually what we specialise in!
Type 2 diabetes? Our team has over 20yrs combined experience helping people with diabetes. We have been partnering with Diabetes NSW & ACT for the past few years to run their ‘Beat it’ groups and ‘Ready, Set, Go lets move’ seminars. Whats more, they are free to join if you are an NDSS member!
Heart Disease? We have the most experienced Exercise Physiologist on the Coast when it comes to cardiac rehab on team ready to help you.
Just become a new mum? Check out our awsome new ‘Back from Birth’ program. Back from Birth is developed in consultation with busy new mums, delivered by our expert Exercise Physiologists as well as industry leading health professionals and delivered to your loungeroom or wherever and whenever you choose to access it.
Are you an NDIS participant? We are fully NDIA accredited!
Groups not your thing? Check out our website for a list of all our one on one and other specialty services.
At the end of the day we are passionate about improving the health of our community and we exist purely to help people like you move more and improve your quality of life. So if that sounds like something your interested in, just reach out and we will only be too happy to discuss your options!
