CrossFit Encircle
At CrossFit Encircle, our aim is for you to become the best version of yourself, by increasing your overall wellness, physically and mentally. By assisting you to become functionally more mobile and leaner, this in turn helps you in becoming fitter and faster, which results in making you stronger both physically and mentally.
We are a Community located in Woy Woy, the 1st and only CrossFit box on the Peninsula of the Central Coast NSW and our members actually love to hang out before or after a workout – if time permits them to. We encourage and have members at all fitness levels and they enjoy a judgement free environment. We have no mirrors, well we do in the bathroom but they don’t line the walls and our members range from 5-64yrs of age.
We are a registered CrossFit Kids & Teens Affiliate and have classes for Kids and Teens separate from Adults. As we are a Community, we also have our Mobility on Saturday mornings. This is where our Members can bring either their kids or a family member with them to enjoy 30mins of movement, all free of charge, each and every Saturday.
Everyone of our members have individual goals they are striving to achieve. From wanting to move functionally for 1hr a day, to wanting to compete in CrossFit Competitions and everywhere in between – with none being more important than the other. We work on the principal that ‘Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe’ and have no place for ego’s… that is just not us.
We believe in Functional Movement AND Functional Wellness. Our Founder and Head Coach is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, ANTA Registered Nutritionist & Naturopath. This ensures you have the resources available to you, if you are wanting to change either a small part of your life OR completely overhaul your health – you have come to the right place.
